Product Abstract: Eucalyptus Globulus is also known as Blue Gum. It’s an evergreen tree commonly found in Australia, which grows from 30 to 55m tall with long narrow bluish-green leaves and white-yellow flowers. Eucalyptus leaves are the favourite food of Koalas, and have been used as traditional medicine by the aboriginal peoples of Australia. In the 1980s, the Eucalyptus species and its hybrids were planted commercially in South Africa for the production of pulp and paper, and various other forest products. It has slowly evolved toward the production of essential oils.
Cautions: Avoid if you have high blood pressure or epilepsy. For external use only, this is considered toxic if taken internally. Dilute before use; may cause skin irritation in some individuals, so a skin test is recommended prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes.
Storage: It is recommended that oils packaged in metal containers (for safe shipping) be transferred into dark glass containers to maintain freshness and attain maximum shelf life.

Rating: This essential oil is truly amazing. Its scent last so long in cold process soap and does not accelerate trace when soaped slightly cool around 100F. I also put this essential oil in a bath for my partner when he was sick and it helped him heal right up! I would strongly recommend this product to anyone that is a fan of eucalyptus or just camperous smells. Another note, it smells AMAZING with lemon essential oil mixed in.

Rating: With so many eucalyptus kinds to choose from, I took a chance the first time I ordered and went with this. I was so happy that I always just reorder the same kind! Mixes so well with peppermint or citrus scents that you can't not have it in your collection. It behaves very well in CP and the scent stays with the soap and doesn't change. Thanks New Direction and hope it never discontinues.

Rating: Mixed with Lemongrass, this is my go-to combo for trying out new swirls and designs in CP soaps, because it doesn't accelerate or thicken too quickly, giving lots of time to play around.
Also, people love the fresh smell of the two together.

Rating: If you can tolerate the bitter base aroma then you are going to try this EO for sinuses and the general disinfection issues. It's even lower in price as when I bought it. It's very recognizable EO for what it does

Rating: I love this EO, it smells so sweet. It has that distinct freshness to it just like any other eucalyptus. The only thing I am disappointed with is that it doesn't smell strong enough for me.

Rating: A few drops on the bed, great for clearing up stuffiness in adults and kids. My 5 month old has had a cold and not able to use anything for him. One drop near where he sleeps and a cold mist humidifier helps him sleep much better at night. NDA oils are of an amazing quality and at affordable prices!
Rating: This has helped immeasurably with asthma & headaches. I spray it full strength around the edges of my pillow & sleep like a baby. Initially was using it just for the asthma, the lack of headaches is a bonus. If I happen to get a cold, 1 drop of peppermint added really helps. Another bonus? Makes the laundry smell fantastic!!
Rating: Such a fresh and clean smell. I add it to my under the weather blend. The price can't be beat either.

Rating: This eukalyptus is very enjoyable and it adds a unique scent to natural perfumes. It is somewhat medicinal, slightly sweet (slightly), and 'sharp.' Great quality for the price. Don't expect anything exotic if you've never smelt eukalyptus. This is a well extracted oil.

Rating: Another one of the 'essential' essentials. If you're just starting out or are an aromatherapist guru, eucalyptus is one of the must have's of them all. There are many many types of eucalyptus, this being the most widely used. This essential oil is for EXTERNAL USE ONLY and it should always be diluted with a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin. All eucalyptus oils are toxic if taken internally. Do not drink this oil. Uses include: for treatment of abscesses, aches and pains, asthma, bronchitis, burns, blisters, catarrh, chicken pox, colds, coughs, cuts, cystitis, debility, dust mites, epidemics, 'flu, headaches, herpes, infections, insect bites, insect repellent, laundry, leucorrhoea, lice, measles, muscular aches and pains, poor circulation, neuralgia, rheumatoid arthritis, sinusitis, skin infections, sprains, throat infections, wounds. The Grey Gum Eucalyptus, Eucalyptus radiata, Gully Gum Eucalyptus, Eucalyptus smithii - and the Blue Mallee Eucalyptus,Eucalyptus polybractea, have very similar properties but tend to have a sweeter aroma..Also known as Fever Tree, Gum Tree, Southern Blue Gum, Stringy Bark, Tasmanian Blue Gum. This is such a useful oil, and this one is definitely high quality.
