THE SCENT STORY - SOFT STRUCTURE
Soft Structure is the most composed fragrance in the collection.
Where the others work through softness, this one works through proportion.
A trace of warm spice opens it, but only briefly, and what follows is sandalwood held at the centre: creamy, rounded, and completely without the dry rasp that sandalwood often carries. Florals sit underneath at a level that adds body rather than character. Benzoin and musk close it with a warmth that stays exactly where it is put.
The effect is minimal but not empty. Everything is doing something, and nothing is doing too much.

From the Director of Innovation
Soft Structure is part of our Slow Hours Collection, and it is the one that holds the others together. A collection built entirely on softness risks becoming formless. We needed one composition with real architecture, something a formulator could use as a backbone, but it could not arrive with hard edges or it would break the whole premise.
Sandalwood was the answer. Treated creamily rather than drily, it gives definition without sharpness. The florals beneath it are deliberately unidentifiable; they are there to round the wood, and if anyone can name them we have used too much.
The spice at the opening lasts under a minute by design. Its only job is to signal that something is beginning.
This is the most technically precise fragrance in the collection and the one I would put in front of a customer who thinks soft means weak.

Why It's Distinctive
Treated for roundness rather than dryness, giving the wood a smooth, almost lactonic quality that sits naturally alongside the rest of the collection.
Structure comes from proportion rather than from contrast, which is unusual in a woody composition and makes it unusually easy to build on.
Designed as a base the other five can be layered over, with the cleanest performance across candles, body and fine fragrance.
