FEATURES AND BENEFITS
Economical and Efficient: The Pomace Grade variety of Olive Carrier Oil offers a cost-effective alternative to formulators seeking the benefits of olive oil in large-scale production. Its higher yield and superior saponification value make it especially suitable for soap manufacturing and other rinse-off products.
Versatile Emollient: Rich in beneficial fatty acids such as oleic acid, as well as vitamins, antioxidants, and carotenoids, Olive Carrier Oil - Pomace Grade - RDW is known for delivering skin and hair conditioning properties and an excellent glide.
Effective Stabilizer: Refined and deodorized for cosmetic purposes, Olive Pomace Oil offers greater stability and a longer shelf life compared to virgin grades. Its minimal scent and light color allow formulators more control over fragrance and appearance in finished products.
Tradition Meets Utility: With roots in ancient civilizations that revered the olive tree as “superior,” Olive Pomace Oil carries a legacy of utility across cosmetic, culinary, and ceremonial applications.
DESCRIPTION
Olive Carrier Oil – Pomace Grade – RDW is extracted from the residual olive mash left after the first cold pressing of Olea europaea fruits. This mixture includes skins, pulp, seeds, and stems. Because this remaining oil cannot be extracted through mechanical pressing alone, it undergoes solvent extraction and refining processes to produce a pale yellow to greenish yellow oil with minimal odor.
The Pomace Grade variety of Olive Oil is known for its excellent saponification properties that make it a suitable base oil in soap making. Its fatty acid profile, particularly its oleic acid content, supports skin conditioning and contributes to the formation of creamy, stable lathers in solid cleansing products.
For product developers, Olive Pomace Grade Oil offers a practical solution for high-volume manufacturing due to its neutral scent and stable composition. Due to its refinement, this oil is compatible with a wide range of essential oils, botanical extracts, and active ingredients across hair care, body care, and cleansing formulations.
DIRECTIONS AND SUGGESTED USAGE

- Body and Shower Products: Add 3–10% of Olive Carrier Oil – Pomace Grade to body washes, scrubs, and cleansing oils to enhance emollience and improve glide.
- Hair Conditioners and Masks: The Pomace Grade variety of Olive Carrier Oil can be included in deep conditioning treatments or rinse-off conditioners at 2–6% to improve hair softness and reduce friction.
