20L to 18.9L Size Change

What happened to the 20L size option? 
We have updated our packaging, and the 20L size is no longer available on select sizes to match regulatory requirements. Instead, we now offer an 18.9L size, which is equivalent to 5 gallons—a standard measurement widely used in the industry. 
 
Why did you switch to 18.9L instead of keeping the 20L size? 
The 18.9L (5-gallon) size aligns with international standards and ensures consistency with our product offerings across different regions. This change also helps streamline packaging and logistics so we can provide faster, better service to our customers. 
 
Is there less product in the new 18.9L size compared to the 20L? 
Yes, the new size contains slightly less product (1.1L less), but it is priced accordingly. This adjustment brings our Canadian packaging in line with the US market, making it easier for customers who purchase in both regions. 

Will I need to adjust my formulations because of the size change? 
No, the product itself remains unchanged. However, if you typically order in bulk, you may want to account for the slight difference in volume when planning your purchases.
