DESCRIPTION

It's rare to see Rosemary grow outside the Mediterranean hillside, which makes this essential oil so special. Rooted in Central Europe, Rosemary Essential Oil – ct Cineole (Hungary) is a hearty and herbaceous ingredient known to re-energize the mind and body. Recognized for its superior quality when extracted from the flowering tops of the herb, it offers a stimulating, soothing aroma. Used in cosmetics, cleaning products, and aromatherapy, it promotes relaxation, enhances the look of skin and hair, and invigorates living spaces. Rosemary Essential Oil – ct Cineole (Hungary) adds a touch of natural freshness to room sprays and massage oils.

An evergreen shrub with elegant branches, Rosemary's stem is ash-colored and scaly with leathery, thick leaves that are lustrous and dark green with white underneath. Tiny pale blue blossoms abound from December through spring, and it can grow to heights of close to two meters (6 feet) in height. Its name originates from the Latin ros marinus ("Dew of the Sea"), as Rosemary naturally thrives near the Mediterranean Sea.

Hungarian Rosemary is a frost-resistant species of the plant that can be widely grown in cooler climates. As a result of its unique properties and location of cultivation, Hungarian Rosemary Oil has slightly different concentrations of major components such as camphor and alpha-pinene. This variety of Rosemary Essential Oil is high in Cineole.

Rosemary is rumored to be a key ingredient in the recipe for "Queen of Hungary Water" or simply "Hungary Water", said to be the first instance of an alcohol-based perfume in written history. Nowadays, Rosemary Oil is used extensively in aromatherapy and is a popular ingredient in the cosmetics industry. Rosemary Oil can be found featured in many perfumes, candles, soaps, shampoos, and more.
