Appearance: Yellow to brown colored powder. The color may vary from batch to batch.
Papaya Powder is gently refreshing with a sweet, summery fragrance. It is excellent for balancing the oiliness of the skin & working as an exfoliant on dry areas. Papaya also is often used in skincare products to give a rejuvenated look to the skin. Papaya contains Vitamin A, which helps to reveal the next layer of the skin and exposes a radiant complexion. Vitamin C is also an antioxidant with wonderful qualities that helps to smooth and soften the skin.
Recommended Usage: The maximum quantity of powdered fruit extract should not exceed 0.5% of the total product, while in tincture form the maximum amount of fruit extract must not exceed 5%. Please be aware that there may be small bits of dark particles in this extract. These particles are part of the papaya fruit that has solidified and they will dissolve in liquid.
Note: The fruit extracts possess all the nutrients and beneficial properties of the fruit, but may or may not have the aroma of the actual fruit. Fruit extracts are meant for adding nourishing properties to the formulation and not for scenting the products.

Rating: This extract is so good, you can really feel the difference it makes just by adding 0.5% to a formulation. The smell is just like papaya, not the best, but it also isn't noticeable in the final product.
Rating: I've been waiting for this extract to get back in stock along with the other fruit extracts - This one is probably my favourite along with the Mango extract. Made a Mango Papaya CP soap, added to trace, used Buriti oil to colour the soap yellow/orange. I didn't need to add any fragrance and this soap is my absolute favourite! I also made a Papaya Enzyme facial toner and a Tropical facial cleanser with Kaolin clay and fruit extracts of Papaya, Mango, Guava, Banana and Pineapple - HEAVEN!!! Thanks NDA for carrying these great products for amazing prices!

Rating: Added to my face mask and love the way it makes my skin feel after removing. I mix it with rose water. Planning to try mixing it in cp soap. Not sure how its gonna turn out. Very good value for the price.

Rating: I've been adding this to my clay masks, and had AMAZING results. I suffer from hormonal acne, and it has significantly decreased. My overall skin tone has also improved, it's brighter and much more ever. Great addition to my masks! My skin just feels refreshed and clean after using the mask.
I don't find it has a scent though. Possibly because I'm using it with Australian Green clay which has an overpowering musty smell.
Rating: This Papaya fruit powder extract is one part of my favorite fruit powder trio, alongside the Guava and Mango fruit powder extracts! Makes a wonderful face mask, and can blend well in a CP soap. I look forward to working more with these fruit powder extracts.

Rating: Apart from working as a good face exfoliation mask, this extract is also great in struggling with unwanted hair.
It will work only when hair is removed together with its root (waxing, etc.). I create a simple lotion with the papaya extract and apply it after the epilation. Visible hair reduce, and plus it helps greatly in preventing hair in-growth

Rating: A clay mask with a pinch of papaya extract makes miracles : your skin is toned, refreshed and renewed. If you do not want to look tired, try a papaya extract mask and you will see a great difference in your appearance.
