Order Pickups

Pickup Order Instructions:
All orders must be placed online, and you should wait to receive an email confirmation before coming to pick up your order.

We are located at 6781 Columbus Road, Mississauga, ON, L5T 2G9.

Pick-Up Hours:
Monday to Friday — 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (EST) 

When Picking Up Your Order:

1.  Bring a photo ID and the credit card used for payment.
2.  Upon arrival, enter through the main building entrance foyer.
3.  Go to the reception window (ring the bell if unattended) and provide your order details.
4.  The receptionist will confirm your order and give you the pick-up order document.
5.  Take the document, exit the building, and proceed to Dock No. 4 (at the back of the building) as instructed by the receptionist.

Important:

▪  Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of receiving your confirmation email.
▪  Unclaimed orders will be canceled, and a restocking fee of $10 or 20% of the order value (whichever is greater) will apply.
▪  Effective July 1, 2025, only orders of $100 or more will be eligible for warehouse pickup.
