Loyalty Program FAQs
1. How do I sign up for the Loyalty Program?
To sign up for the Loyalty Program, you must have an account. If you already have an account, you can register for the Loyalty Program by clicking HERE. Click the “Join Now” button at the bottom of the page. After a brief survey, your registration will be complete.
2. How do I access my Loyalty Account?
To access your Loyalty Account, please ensure you are signed in on the Canadian website. Once signed in, you will see a banner with the text “You have XX Drops in your “Account”. Click on “Account” and you will be directed to your Loyalty Account page.
3. I placed an order before I signed up for the Loyalty Program. Can I get Drops for that order?
No – Drops will only be assigned to orders that were placed AFTER the Loyalty Program Launch date (February 14th, 2026) and AFTER a customer has registered for the Loyalty Program.
4. How do I earn Drops?
Drops are earned for placing an order (1 Drop for every $1 spent) and various activities regarding our Social Media! To see all the ways you can earn Drops, please refer to the “Ways to earn points” section on your Loyalty Account page.
5. What types of Loyalty rewards are available?
Drops can be redeemed for coupons, which then can be applied to a future order. To see available rewards, go to the “Rewards” tab in your Loyalty Account
6. How do I redeem Drops for rewards?
To redeem Drops for rewards, select the “Click Here To Redeem” button in the Loyalty Banner at the top of your page (note – you will only be able to see this banner once signed in and registered with the Loyalty Program). If you have enough Drops to redeem a reward, you will see a “Redeem” button. Click the button. To apply the coupon to the items in your cart, click “Apply”. To save the coupon for later, click “Ok”.
7. When do I receive Drops for making an order?
Drops are applied to a Loyalty Account as soon as payment has been made for an order. If payment has not yet been made, you will see “pending” drops in your Loyalty Account.
8. Do my Drops or coupons expire?
Drops expire 365 days after they have been acquired. Similarly, coupons expire 365 days after they have been redeemed.
