Coffee Oil, which is rich in natural anti-oxidants, is blended with (non GM) soy butter, which has high levels of lecithin and vitamin E. This wonderful formula will soften and hydrate your skin. It has a rich caramel color and a strong coffee aroma. This blend is whipped to create a creamy consistency suitable for a massage butter or balm. It is also a great addition to soaps and any emulsion formulation such as creams and lotions.
Recommended Usage:
• Lotions & Creams: 5 – 20 %
• Balms: 5 – 100 %
• Bar Soaps: 5 - 20 %
When adding butters to creams and lotions, it might be necessary to gently warm them until the texture can be incorporated into the final product. Using a hand blender, create a vortex with your cream or lotion and drizzle your melted butter to fully incorporate. For addition in soaps, the general rule of thumb is 1 tablespoon per pound. As with most raw materials, results may vary, so we strongly recommend small, lab scale batches prior to any commercial manufacturing.
Shelf Life: This butter should be stored in a cool dark place and has a shelf-life of 1 year when stored properly.
Note: The appearance of this blend may slightly vary from batch to batch due to natural ingredients present in this product such as essential oils.

Honestly, when I first got the butter it was a very strong burnt popcorn smell. I wanted to cry because I could only smell that for the next hour. Over 3 months later out of curiosity I opened it and it is a less strong burnt cigarette(cheap kind) smell. Either way I cant use this.

For all coffee lovers of the world, this is an AMAZING product. It smells soo good! Even if I planned to use it in a vanilla-coffee body butter at first, I'm getting slowly through my jar as is. I just love it!

This smells suprisingly *just* like a cup of coffee! I'm not sure what I will be doing with this yet, but it is very moisturizing on its own, like a barrier cream.....amazing on the elbows.

I just finished making an emulsified dead sea salt body scrub and used a fair amount of this coffee blend butter. It's really lovely with a nice coffee scent, not overpowering. I bought the lavender butter as well and will be doing the same thing with it.
