This country's native and foreign aromatic plants include Mint, Chamomile, Cinnamon, and Anise to name a few. It is the largest producer of Lemon Oil. The essential oils of Acantholippia seriphioides, Artemisia mendozana, Gymnophyton polycephalum, Satureja parvifolia, Tagetes mendocina, and Lippia integrifolia are also collected in the Central Andes area.
