The following report contains updates on the current trends in production and availability of the most in-demand Essential Oils, Carrier Oils, and Raw Materials sourced from around the globe.
In India, Neem is harvested between the months of June and August. It grows naturally in its region of cultivation and all the climatic conditions are favorable. This year, the average harvest yield is higher and, compared to last year, Neem production has increased. The demand is very high and the market conditions are good.
In Morocco, Oregano is harvested in July. The current growing conditions are normal and the harvest yield is projected to be the same as usual. The demand is stable and, at present, prices have not seen any changes.
In Peru, Limes are harvested from January to August. The growing conditions are normal and the projected harvest yield is similar to that of the previous year. The demand remains stable, with conditions neither growing nor decreasing. The market conditions for Lime Oil are stable. The demand for Lime Juice is very strong now and continues to grow. The demand for Lime Peel remains the same; however, the pressure that is being placed on its prices is causing them to decrease.
In Indonesia, the raw Kukui Nut is in season from late June to December. With the current fair weather and modest amounts of rain, the growing conditions for the raw Kukui Nut are favourable. Compared to last year's harvest, this year's yield is projected to be less. The demand continues to be strong for both Kukui Nut Oil and for the kernels of Kukui Nuts. Thus far, the market for Kukui Nut Oil continues to grow each year.
