Dear Customer,

Due to the rising costs of administering small orders, we are instituting a policy for minimum orders of $100, in our efforts to keep costs to as low as possible and offer the best wholesale pricing in the industry.

For orders less than $100, a small order administration fee of $20 will apply. This policy will be effective February 3rd, 2014. We truly regret any inconvenience that this might cause.

Kind Regards,

Alex B. Thomas

Sylvia's interest in natural beauty began when at ten years of age her mother showed her how to use kitchen ingredients in beauty treatments for skin and hair. After training as a nursing assistant, Sylvia worked at Toronto East General in Toronto while attending college for Communications, when she became deeply interested in alternative health and nutrition and began writing on the subject. Later she held a staff appointment which entailed researching, editing and co-writing medical texts, abstracts and articles for several deans while at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Medicine, during which time her interest in the impact that environmental and topical applications had on general health and recovery from illnesses intensified.

Before leaving the Faculty, she began making soaps and toiletries for chemically sensitive people. She is now part of the New Directions Aromatics family within the Customer Care Department as a Product Specialist, Coordinator of Creative Content for our Resource Centre, and our Workshop Coordinator.
