Description: Neroli Essential Oil is derived from the blossoms of either the sweet orange tree or the bitter orange tree. Our variety comes from the bitter orange tree which is viewed within the aromatherapy world as being of higher therapeutic quality.
Color: Dark greenish yellow liquid.
Common Uses: Neroli Essential Oil increases circulation and stimulates new cell growth. It can prevent scarring and stretch marks, and has been found useful in treating skin conditions linked to emotional stress. Any type of skin can benefit from this oil, although it is particularly good for dry, irritated or sensitive skin. It regulates oiliness and minimizes enlarged pores. Neroli Oil helps to clear acne and blemished skin, especially if the skin lacks moisture. With regular treatment, it can reduce the appearance of fragile or broken capillaries and varicose veins. Other properties include being antidepressant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, aphrodisiac, carminative, cordial, deodorant, digestive, stimulant (nervous) and tonic (cardiac, circulatory).

Blends well with: Lavender, Lemon, Clary Sage, Myrrh and spice oils such as Nutmeg, Cinnamon Bark and Clove Bud.
Aromatic Scent: Neroli Essential Oil has a sweet, floral citrus aroma. Many aromatherapists refer to Neroli as an exotic and exquisite essential oil.
History: Though Bitter Orange Essential Oil has been around for centuries, Neroli Essential Oil wasn’t discovered until the seventeenth century. It was named after Anna Maria de la Tremoille, princess of Nerola. The oils properties were extremely valued by the people of Venice who used it against plague and fevers.
Cautions: This oil is non-toxic and non-sensitizing. Avoid use during pregnancy.

I have been using Neroli oil for a few months when I discovered its distinct effects for skin issues that have plagued me , particularly psoriasis and acne. This oil just removes psoriatic lesions and acne growth and renews the skin.There is nothing like it out there for skin health and I've tried a lot. It also gives natural youthful glow and promotes blood circulation which makes the skin naturally warm. In all of that, Neroli is uniquely youth promoting which would probably justify its price even though the oil doesn't look like anything special and is a bit harsh yet not that strong in aroma. Why do I give it 4 stars then? Well because there is a dilution of Neroli from here which can be used straight from the bottle for skin application and seems like a much better deal. Pure Neroli has a harsh unpleasant tone that is only improved by dilution anyway but by then the orange flowery aroma is much weaker . This oil is very watery so you have to be extremely careful not to spill it which will cost you hundreds of dollars if you do. Lastly for some reason, comparing the US and Canadian sites from NDA, Canadians pay much more (about 25%) which seems like a mistake but a costly one for us here.. Especially odd since the company is local here and all the other prices are fair yet still nothing out there compares remotely to this. Well I was desperate to improve my skin so I splurged

This is a good quality neroli at a reasonable price . Many suppliers try to mix neroli with pettigrain to reduce the price but this seems to be top grade although it has a slight hint of green .

It's smells citrus-y, but not as light/sparkly as regular oranges or lemons, it's more rich and sultry...One of the best scents I've EVER come across!

This is the pure scent of heaven, but in a bottle. I wear a drop (diluted!) on the shoulder strap of my bra when I'm feeling stressed or blue, so I can enjoy the exquisiteness all day. While I was waiting for an elevator once, a total stranger piped up to the waiting crowd, "Whoever smells like orange blossoms, it's delicious!"

This scent is purely exquisite. Watch out as I've found that it needs to be calmed down with something else in the mixture, such as a good base like sandalwood or lavender. I've smelt perfumes completely based on this scent. Great!

This is one of the most exquisite and exotic aromas out there and a true favorite of mine. I especially love it in the sensual blends. I have many types of citrus trees in my backyard and my favorite time of year is when they are in bloom......that's the exact perfect scent bottled here......great quality oil, and worth every penny.
