A delicate mix of chocolate and mint. Buttery top notes meld into the heart of the fragrance of sweet burnt sugar, honey, chocolate, peach and rose. Base notes of cornmint, peppermint, vanilla and powder.

As other have said, this one smells mostly mint with a hint of chocolate in the background that's mostly overpowered. Out of the bottle, there's an alcohol smell to the scent. In CP soap at ±0.7ppo it still smells fairly stong 4 months later. The scent mellowed out a bit during the cure so it's mostly mint with a hint of chocolate, less chemically than in the bottle.

I tried this in soy candles and I was disappointed overall. Very little chocolate and mostly mint. It was not a very powerful scent either.

Not overly impressed with this FO. The mint overpowers the chocolate. I added some chocolate FO and it was better, but I've smelled better from other companies.

I was disappointed in this scent. I read the reviews and everyone said they liked it, so I bought it. It smells overwhelmingly of mint, and the chocolate is so subtle, I would have thought it was jut plain mint fragrance if I didnt know it was supposed to be chocolate mint. It does smell good... just not like what it is supposed to smell like.

This is one of my absolute favorite Scents!...I used this in my most recent Chocolate Minty Bar soap...The finished product was dark chocolate with white swirls. the cut the bars resembled squares!...everybody wanted to eat it, however they were not dissapointed when I told them they couldn't eat it, but could bath in it! Definately be ordering this again! :)

Smells yummy and very true! Did not accelerate in CP soap. Used 3oz for 3 lb batch and scent is good. Discoloured soap to brown over time.

I bought a chocolate fragrance oil from another company before discovering New Directions and I had to throw it out because it smelled so fake. This fragrance oil smells SOO realistic. I take one smell and right away, I picture myself drinking a hot chocolate with a candy cane in it. YUM!

This is my fragrance of the moment! It is amazing. Smooth chocolate with a hit of mint. Awesome in lotion, soap, anything. NDA fragrance oils are always great, but this one is A++++.
