Avocado Butter is hydrogenated avocado fruit oil that yields a soft, ivory to light greenish, creamy and soft butter that has excellent penetrating properties.
Common Uses: Avocado Butter has natural sunscreen properties along with Vitamins A, B, G and E which makes it a wonderful moisturizing treatment for dry and damaged skin. It exhibits good spread-ability on the skin, making it ideal as a massage butter or body balm, and it can be added to soap, creams, lotions, lip balms, body butters, hair pomades, bath bombs and more.
Recommended Usage:
• Lotions & Creams: 5 - 20 %
• Balms: 5 – 100 %
• Bar Soaps: 5 - 20 %
• Hair Conditioners: 2 – 5 %
Shelf Life: This butter should be stored in a cool dark place and has a shelf-life of approximately 1 - 2 years when stored properly.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get more stock of Avacodo Butter....I love this product...recently I decided (stupidly) to wax my own bikini area (ya ouch)...long story short won't do it again but afterwards grabbed the remanants of my avacado butter and rubbed it on to my burning (bleeding) skin..instantly the burning pain was gone and the wax residue disappeared...not only that but my skin felt absolutely amazing afterwards....HAHA found new use for product the hard way :) I have to get more ASAP...might even brave the waxing again knowing I will have those end results....LOVE you ALL at NEW DIRECTIONS!!!! Keep up the fantasic job!!!!!

Extremely light and silky smooth butter. The smell is really unique. It's not what I would describe as an avocado smell. Great butter. I just wish this wasn't hydrogenated!

Fantastic. I received this butter and find it so light, even if it is very rich. Il pénètre bien dans la peau.sans laisser de film gras. I am looking forward to create a new soap with this butter. Attention sunscreen makers! I am now using this avocado butter in a sun conditioning cream, and selling it alone. It has a sun screening value of @ SPF 15. It is surprisingly light.

I just made my first batch of avocado butter lotion from scratch and love its ability to melt into the skin, similar to coconut oil, but not greasy. A bit grainy, but I may have to adjust my temperatures in the processing.
